Steps:
- Go to the nearest stairs (it's like beside you but you need to make a left turn at one point)
- Go up the stairs (there is only one stair X:3222 Y:1475)
- There is a guard on the stair that will go down if you try to go up defeat it
- Once defeated go up the stair you will see Kasuga and a man. Talk to Kasuga or the man, then the man will transform into a canine dog with two additional dogss.
Battle: Canine Dog (Water, Level 110)
{ Dog Power (Wind), Dog Power (Fire)} Level 80 and Level 70.
5. Once defeated, return to Kasuga's father for your reward.
