When you first get to bangkok you will see a little boy and girl on the left side. Talk to them and they will tell you how they bought a drug or medcine thing and that it turned him into a girl. Once you enter Bangkok you will see the person who sold them the drug potion thingy. Talk to him and you'll go into battle. He has around 4k hp. Once you defeat him, he will give you the antidote go back to the kids. Talk to them and the girl will turn back into a boy and they run off. You will get 2 exp potion.
